Ford Site Redevelopment

Minger Construction installed 44 new city blocks of infrastructure utilities on the 122-acre development site. This included watermain, storm sewer and sanitary sewer with sizes from 6” up to 72”. In total Minger crews installed just under 8 miles of new underground utilities and nearly 500 total structures.
